OF SCIENTIFIC TALENT

"Our dream when we started Regeneron was to build a company where the
scientists would be the heroes. We want scientists to be the next generation's
heroes and to develop a pipeline of talent, starting at a young age."

                  — Len Schleifer, MD, PhD

STEM education is at the heart of our corporate citizenship efforts, representing more than 90 percent of our citizenship investments.

We focus on programs that support, challenge and reward the best and brightest minds in science research, increase the effectiveness of teachers in STEM and bridge STEM skills gaps and career awareness among students historically underrepresented in the sciences.

                  Regeneron DNA Learning Center

We have partnered with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory to launch the Regeneron DNA Learning Center, an interactive educational center located on our Sleepy Hollow campus. The 4,700 square foot space is equipped with two state-of-the-art teaching labs, and offers hands-on experimentation to a diverse group of local pre-college students. The goal of this program is to increase awareness, access and exposure to STEM at a young age and inspire students to pursue careers in STEM fields.
